Belonging means taking inclusive behaviors to a higher level. All risk management and insurance professionals need to have a safe space to bring their authentic selves and feel that they belong. Professional associations such as the CPCU Society offer a way for many different types of members to create a culture of belonging together and supporting each other. Join dedicated insurance professionals and Society volunteer leaders from the IDEA Committee who share their research, show their authenticity and lead participants to discover how to foster belonging in their personal and professional lives through an engaging and interactive experience.
