Welcome! As a mentee, you will connect with a CPCU Society member who will provide guidance on leadership development, career growth, succeeding in the industry, and more.  The program is designed to be mentee-driven - meaning you will be in charge of finding a mentor, as well as setting goals and expectations. 

Next, please fill out the demographics fields below. These are important to match you with the right Mentor!

Now it's time to select your Mentor. You can use the directory below to search for Mentors and send requests.
