Mentor Match

Mentor Match

Welcome! Our CPCU Society Mentor Match program reflects our commitment to you and your professional development. This unique online networking and career development tool helps you find, connect, and share experiences with other members. Your mentor or mentee can be in the same city or on the other side of the world!

Interested in being mentored?  Mentees will be able connect with a CPCU Society member who can provide guidance on leadership development, career growth and succeeding in the industry.  Become a Mentee to:
    • Gain support and guidance from a CPCU
    • Develop your knowledge and skills
    • Expand your professional network
    • Be inspired to grow your career
    • Become more involved in the industry

Interested in serving as a mentor? Mentors don't have to be experts, just willing to help their fellow CPCU Society member. Mentees are looking for guidance, advice and discussion on a wide variety of career topics from members with diverse experiences.  Become a mentor to:
    • Share your knowledge with eager colleagues
    • Give back to the industry
    • Develop your leadership skills
    • Gain new perspectives and fresh ideas
    • Shape the next generation of leaders

Time Commitment: While the program is flexible to meet the diverse needs of our members, we recommend meeting with your mentor/mentee at least twice a month for a minimum of six months.

Before enrolling as a mentor or mentee, please review the expectations for the Mentor Match Program.

If you have any questions, you can refer to our Mentor Match FAQs.
