Leadership Summit Discussion Leader

Calling all Discussion Leaders!

This year's Leadership Summit will feature (2) 1-hour facilitated discussion sessions scheduled as follows:   

• Thursday, April 28^th, 2022 from 4:15-5:15 pm

• Friday, April 29^h, 2022 from 12-1:30 pm

These small, informal discussions will provide an opportunity for registrants to discuss and reflect on what was learned during the breakout sessions.  Attendees will be able to choose a discussion group pertaining to their individual interest.  

We are looking for volunteers to serve as Discussion Leaders to help guide conversations and encourage sharing and ideas for application. Discussions will explore key concepts from the Summit breakout sessions through an area of expertise or interest.  (Some examples include: Claims, Ethics, Underwriting, Inclusion, etc.) 

Groups will be limited to 8 attendees per table.  This is not a formal presentation, rather an informal discussion, and advance preparation is not required.  Suggested discussion prompts will be provided.

Thirty volunteers are needed for each session.  The volunteer application will be open through Tuesday, April 12th or until all spots have been filled.
