Lamont D. Boyd, CPCU, AIM
Vice President
Arizona CPCU Society Chapter
Lamont spent over 48 years in the insurance industry, having retired at the end of 2021. He spent 20 years in underwriting, sales, marketing and product management with Fireman’s Fund and 28 years with FICO, representing FICO’s insurance solutions and protecting the industry’s use of risk-based, data-driven underwriting tools from regulatory and legislative overreach.
Lamont received his CPCU designation in 1990 and has held a number of national and chapter leadership roles. He is currently Vice President of the Arizona CPCU Chapter and a member of the CPCU Student Action Committee, CPCU Underwriting Interest Group and CPCU Board of Ethical Inquiry.
Lamont lives outside Flagstaff, Arizona and enjoys the many hiking trails throughout Arizona with his wife and family.

John Persicketti
Division Administrator
NJM Insurance Group
John started his career at NJM Insurance Group in October of 2009 as a Personal Lines Associate and worked his way up to his most recent promotion as the Division Administrator of NJM in May of 2022. As Division Administrator, John leads the Contact Center operation including, but not limited to, identifying staffing requirements, implementing procedural changes, exercising sound judgment while ensuring compliance with filings, standards, and government laws and regulations, while coordinating communication regarding Personal Lines as well as general company matters that may affect the Contact Center with supervisory and telephone staff.
John holds a BS in Business Administration and Management from Delaware Valley university and completed the Management Development Program through Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations in 2020.

Emily A. Donnelly, CPCU, AIDA, AINS (Moderator)
Senior Talent Development Specialist
NJM Insurance Group
Emily Donnelly is a Senior Talent Development Specialist at NJM Insurance Group with over 12 years of industry experience. In her current role she creates and facilitates development programs for the company. She is a certified virtual instructor. Prior to her role in Talent Development, Emily worked as a Contact Center supervisor, managing those in the public facing Personal Lines department.
Emily is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and is an Associate in Data Analytics, Associate in Insurance, Associate in Insurance Services, Associate in Personal Insurance, president of the Central New Jersey Chapter of the CPCU Society and a member of the Society’s Emerging Leaders Committee.

Lauren Ascenzi, CPCU, AIM, AIDA (Moderator)
Onboarding Supervisor
NJM Insurance Group
Lauren has been in the Personal Lines insurance industry at New Jersey Manufacturer’s Group for over 8 years, beginning as a licensed representative and progressing to Onboarding Supervisor in January 2022. She has been instrumental in developing and overseeing the virtual new hire training program. Lauren received her CPCU in 2018 and maintains several additional designations. She is a New Designee Coordinator for the Central New Jersey CPCU chapter and a volunteer for the Society’s Emerging Leaders committee.
