Julie Sealey, CPCU, CSP, ARM, ALCM, CHSP is an AVP of risk consulting at Everest Insurance. She has been in the commercial insurance industry for over 30 years and, prior to her career in insurance, worked as an industrial organic research chemist. Her CSP, CPCU, BS in chemistry and her science background enable her to review, analyze, evaluate and explain risk for commercial insurance needs. Sealey is a volunteer member of the CPCU Risk Management Loss Control Interest Group and the CPCU Publications Committee.

Emily Goswami, MS, CIH

Emily Goswami is a technical director for Roux Associates in their Oakland, California office.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental science from the University of California at Berkeley and a master’s in environmental health from the University of Washington. She is a certified industrial hygienist (CIH) with over 20 years of experience. Her career has focused on evaluating exposures and associated health risks of chemicals in the environment, workplace, and consumer products. Specific to PFAS, she has been helping manufacturers keep ahead of new product regulations as well as providing litigation support.
