Hi All,

As part of the work on the Emerging Leaders Committee, we have been spotlighting individuals who are stepping up as the next generation of leaders in the Industry. This has been an eye-opening exercise for Amit and I who produce the content. 

We were aware of the talent gap issues in the industry with a large group of employees set to retire in the next decade. One can argue that technology will close the gap - but instead it will increase the penetration of insurance worldwide and not reduce the need for talent. I think we need to upskill business folks on tech and Tech folks on business. This is the clear indication we got from a survey of insurance respondents from within the CPCU Society.

Amit and I are embarking to make a small difference here. We have written a book and will be happy to share with you the initial written publication (submitted for copyright) for feedback if you are keen to contribute. Do reach out and please connect. We are continuing to work closely with our sponsors - the Emerging Leaders Committee who is actively continuing the effort to spotlight the next generation of leaders in the industry.

In any case, I am looking forward to meeting up with this family of insurance professionals who are truly making a difference in the industry.
