What is INteract?
INteract is the CPCU Society's members-only online community. This is your hub for connecting with other members, sharing resources, asking questions, developing your thought leadership, applying for volunteer positions, finding a mentor or becoming a mentor, and so much more.
How can I find the communities I belong to?
Once you log in, please click on the Communities tab on the top of the page. You'll be able to see My Communities--these are communities that you belong to and post in--and All Communities which will include communities you don't belong to, but you can view, like Interest Groups.
I see an interesting post in an Interest Group community I don't belong to. How do I comment?
Please go to cpcusociety.org and log in there, then click on My Account and add that Interest Group to your list. The next day, you'll be able to post to the IG's community on INteract. We apologize for the short delay as INteract and our systems sync overnight.
I'm having trouble logging in. Help!
We can help! Please make sure to whitelist all emails from ConnectedCommunity.org in your email account. Use the Forgot My Password tool if you've forgotten your password OR if you're a first time user of INteract and need to set a password. Please make sure to use email associated with your active CPCU Society Membership. Not yet a member? You'll need to join in order to use INteract. If you continue to have issues with logging in, please reach out via the Contact Us form.
I just joined a committee but I'm not seeing it in my community.
INteract takes one business day to update from our database. It will also use your committee term start date (either January 1st or July 1st) to add you to your committee's community on INteract. If you think there's been a mistake with the communities you see on INteract, please contact us using the Contact Us form at the top navigation.
How do I change my email preferences?
Once you log in, click on your profile picture in the upper right hand corner to reach your Profile here on INteract. You'll be able to update all your INteract email preferences there.
Where do I find the mentoring program?
Please click on Mentoring at the top navigation and choose Begin Your Mentoring Journey to get started!
I want to volunteer. Where do I apply?
You can find all current Volunteer opportunities under the Volunteer tab in the top navigation.
