Sharon, what a fantastic summary of In2Risk 2024! Your post caused me to reflect once again on the excellent location, magical moments of laughter, outstanding presentations, and presenters. I am incredibly proud of the "Unleashing Collective Intelligence: Leveraging Your Unique Talents" and participating in the "Women Inspiring Leaders (W.I.L.): Ownership, Community and Resilience" presentations, one of which I participated as a panelist and the other as a guest. Kudos to The Institutes' staff and leadership team for bringing the magic to In@Risk 2024! I am honored to keep moving the magic forward in 2025!

Subject: In2Risk was a magical event!
Thank you so much for attending In2Risk 2024. Your participation truly made a difference in making this such a successful event. It was magical! In2Risk provided a truly wonderful opportunity to reconnect with old friends and forge new friendships. For me there are so many memorable moments. My time with each student, particularly with Parker, my mentee has reinforced my belief that the future of our industry is in capable hands; moderating the panel "Unleashing Collective Intelligence: Leveraging Your Unique Talents" and participating in the "Women Inspiring Leaders (W.I.L.): Ownership, Community and Resilience panel left me in awe of my fellow panelists and the attendees who shared so much of themselves; seeing the professional growth and confidence of many of our members who were first time presenters; spending time with many of our International members (great presentation!); watching and helping people connect; and participating in various committee meetings and being inspired by the committee members. I wish there was more time to sit in on additional sessions and committee meetings and connect with each and every attendee.
