In2Risk 2024

Lauren Broadway will be graduating in Spring of 2026 from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. She will be graduating with two degrees in Finance and Risk Management.

In summer of 2023, Lauren had completed an internship with Founders Professional, an Acrisure company, in St. Petersburg, Florida. She gained valuable insights into the wholesale brokerage side of the insurance industry. Following her internship, Lauren continues to work part-time at Founders Professional and is excited to transition to a full-time role upon graduation.

This past summer, Lauren was honored to be accepted into the prestigious Holland Fellows Honors Program, which allowed her to study abroad in Cambodia, Hong Kong, and Thailand. She also participated in a specialized study program in London through her university's insurance school. Passionate about travel, Lauren is thankful for these experiences and is eager to further her knowledge of the insurance industry at the upcoming CPCU Society's In2Risk conference in Florida.
