Effective leadership in the insurance industry requires ethical leadership. Leaders who are aware of the ethical dimensions of leadership can better protect the reputation of their firm and the industry as a whole. While continuing education on ethics is provided by a number of organizations, a focus on ethical leadership skills is a rare find.
