- Great ask Mark! Some good news, some good news, and some bad news. Well the good news is we are nearly 60 days out now, yay! The "official start" of In2Risk is November 7th so 60 Days out would be September 8th and that's basically a week away!
The next good news is if you are checking in before the 7th, which a lot (but not all) people are you can start booking your reservations 60 days from the day you are checking in for all of the dates of your stay. So if you are checking in on the 6th you can start making reservations on September 7th and make them for every day through the day you are checking out be it the 9th, 10th or after. So really you can actually make reservations for as far as 60+(the number of days you are staying) in advance.
The bad news - yup - there is no way around this barrier. The 60 days used to be 180 days but COVID shut that down due to the incredible influx of cancellations so now only 60 days in advance. However even with bad news there is good news. There are a ton of great off property restaurants that would gladly book your group for you without this restriction. Here are some recommendations: (no, I don't get compensated for these)
(Only noted if casual - otherwise smart business casual dress or nicer, but most folks do as they wish now a days)
- 4 Rivers Smokehouse (Smoked Meat - 30 Day Smoked Brisket, Very Casual)
- Christini's Ristorante Italiano (Fine Italian Dining Experience)
- Charley's Steakhouse (Classic Steakhouse vibe)
- The H Orlando (Mediterranean, Prime Steak, Seafood)
- Kres Chophouse (Good Fish and Vegan Options - but it is a Chophouse)
- Pio Pio Restaurant (Columbian)
- Memories of Peru (Peruvian, More Casual Setting)
- Teak Neighborhood Grill (Great Burgers, Very Casual)
- The Ravenous Pig (Gastro Pub, Casual)
- Domu (Vietnamese, Mid-Casual)
- Reyes Mezcaleria (Oaxacan, Mid-Casual)
- Capa (Spanish)
- Pizza Bruno (Gourmet Pizza and other Italian, Casual)
- Knife & Spoon (In the Ritz-Carlton, yup)
- Kabooki Sushi (who's going with me? - 18 course omakase menu!)
- Tori Tori (Japanese, Mid Casual)
- Enzo's on the Lake (Italian)
- Tiffins (Safari Influence Dishes, Mid Casual)
- Bem Bom On Corrine (Portuguese, Mid Casual)
- Kadence (Sushi, can I say it again, who's with me?)
- Selam Ethiopian & Eritrean Cuisine (I think you can guess this one, Mid Casual)
That's all I got from my FL friends - hey folks in FL chime in here and let's get some yay's or nay's on these and any other recommendations!

Subject: Dining Reservations
Have you attempted to make dining reservations at any of the Walt Disney World restaurants including Disney Springs for the In2Risk dates? Disney restricts making dining reservation in the Walt Disney World app until 60 days in advance. If you have had luck making a reservation during In2Risk using some other method, please share.
