The Future of Work is Here – Are You Ready?

Thursday, July 7th @ 11:00 AM EST LIVE

After the past two years, the way we attract, interview, hire, onboard and retain talent has changed dramatically in the insurance industry.  While organizations are redefining their brick and mortar strategy, the insurance industry, specifically the claims departments are experiencing an increase of remote and hybrid working environments.  In conjunction with the “great resignation” or “great re-shuffling” claims organizations have seen and are realizing some employees who now prefer working from home and would consider leaving their organization if they are required to work from an office environment on a regular basis.  We will have perspectives from three different panelists from the point of view of the hiring manager, interviewee/new hire, and recruiter.
